A thorough evaluation then an orientation serious consisting of four sessions allow us to appropriately customize programs to meet client goals, health profile, and fitness level. These sessions can be conducted online or in person at our Fishtown studio if you are in the Philadelphia area. All programs require minimal equipment. Specifics to be determined once client needs are established.
To keep you on track, answer your questions, and celebrate your wins, online support is available between sessions.
If you're signed up for Program 2 or 3 you'll also get a scheduled weekly coaching call.
Program 1 focuses on training principles that help clients create the conditions to improve, maintain or at least decelerate muscle and bone mass loss despite age, hormonal changes, or fitness level.
Program 2 offers attention to muscle/bone health in workouts plus weight management guidance complete with customized nutrition plans, habit change coaching, accountability.
Program 3 takes our muscle and bone mass protocol to the next level with a Body Recomposition focus including nutritional guidance. Requires intermediate fitness level.

At Reset Fitculture, we offer flexible pricing to encourage commitment to your health journey while ensuring that you don’t feel overwhelmed financially or locked into year-long, punitive contracts. 1hr Evaluation - FREE (online or in studio)
Orientation - 4 sessions @1hr (online or in studio) - $225
1hr Personal Training - $70 (online or in studio/single sessions for Program 1 only)
30min Online Personal Training - $40 (online and Program 1 only, minus warm-up and cool-down)
Package pricing makes your personal mission more affordable, allows you to budget in advance, and insures that you focus on learning the self-care skills you want to take into your future. We recommend that an additional weekly session be performed independently by clients if the two session option is chosen. Discuss activity options with your trainer to be sure they meet program goals.

For significant weight loss or body recomposition goals we recommend three sessions weekly along with nutritional support and coaching calls. If you choose two sessions weekly, please discuss this with your trainer. He/she will help you choose the most effective options you enjoy so progress is not impeded.
